Secrets to Social Media Marketing
Continuing our Successful Strategies Workshop Series, Brewster HamletHub and the Cultural Arts Coalition are offering two unique workshops to help promote your business or organization. Margaret Carey, Brewster HamletHub editor, will present a lecture that will be followed by an instructional hands-on workshop.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own electronic devices (laptops preferred) to begin the process of applying the skills they will learn in the lecture. Individual instruction will be provided to address questions while attendees are working on the specifics of their individual projects.
These workshops also provide the perfect opportunity to brainstorm and network. Light refreshments will be served.

Developing a Social Media Strategy Plan: Coming up with an effective way to incorporate social media into your organization’s success can be overwhelming. This workshop takes you through the ins and outs of social media marketing and helps you develop a plan of attack. Topics to be covered include: Developing steps for a consistent and professional online presence, promoting your message with a well designed strategy, establishing a clear plan for your social media activity, and integrating content with your traditional media.

Promoting Events on Facebook: Facebook events can do amazing things for your business or organization IF you leverage them correctly. Find out effective strategies to increase your Facebook event attendance and gain more followers in the process. Topics to be covered include: Using relevant categories and keywords, creating buzz, utilizing hashtags, cross posting in other social media, leveraging your current followers, and promoting with Facebook Ads.
The workshops will take place at the Studio Around The Corner, 67 Main St, Suite 101, Brewster, NY
Early Registration: $20 per workshop both for $35 if you register by March 23, 2018
